Market Update for El Paso County

Welcome Spring! Real estate in El Paso County saw an increase in new listings and in pending listings when viewed month-over-month.

There was an increase (39.3%) in closed listings when viewed month-over-month. Active listings (single family/patio homes) were flat month-over-month.

Days on market for detached homes decreased 15% when compared to last month to 45 days on average. This data point indicates a more rapidly moving market.

The percent closed to list price for single family/patio homes increased slightly month-over-month to 99.3%.
