This special project is one of Walston Group's favorites - and also one of our most challenging builds! The great downtown location and original bungalow facade were major selling points, but this home needed a lot of love and a thoughtfully designed addition to make it functional for modern living. The entire front half of the home was gutted to the studs and remodeled, and a compatible new addition was constructed at the rear of the home. The marriage of the old and the new presented unique challenges and exciting design opportunities, and the end result was nothing short of stunning.
