Chestnut Ranch

Chestnut Ranch will feature five new homes in a quiet, well-established neighborhood less than a mile from downtown Colorado Springs. The development is nestled just west of 1-25 backing to Sondemann Park, and began with a historic home on a three-acre hillside parcel. 

Designating the the rear of the property a no-build zone to preserve the natural hillside, the front of the original three acre parcel was divided into five individual lots while the historic home has been preserved. New homes will range in size from approximately 1,800 SF - 2,700 SF with a mix of ranch and two-story floor plans and modern styling with a nod to traditional Craftsman architecture.
