Southwest Colorado Springs is situated South of Downtown and West of I-25 and offers a variety of housing options. The Broadmoor neighborhood is nestled around the world-famous 5-star Broadmoor hotel and features estate style historic homes on large lots, while the hillside Skyway neighborhood is comprised of homes largely built in the 1950s and 60s. Newer homes along South Highway 115 also provide convenient access to Ft. Carson Army Base.
