Boulder Crescent Lofts

The Loft Lady's most recent project, the Boulder Crescent Lofts, offers six new units located in a historic neighborhood immediately adjacent to downtown and Monument Valley Park. The original two-story structure was built in 1959, and this project included the construction of two additional stories. The second floor features four lofts with open living spaces, and the third floor has two penthouse-style lofts with gorgeous Monument Valley Park and Pikes Peak views and ample outdoor living space. The fourth floor penthouse loft has been retained by the owner for their private residence. 

The Loft Lady has worked hand-in-hand over the last three years with the developer, architect and contractor to bring the project to fruition. Our team led floor plan development for each of the units and has overseen the selection and installation of all interior finishes.
